Yo, I'm Jodie! I barely come on here so if you wanna talk to me, you're probably better off adding me on MySpace, although I do occasionally come on here to check my messages. I never know what to write in these About Me things, so here we go! My friends mean the world to me, as does my music. Don't try to label me - just because I wear yellow skinnies I'm not a "nu-raver", I do wear black too. But I do love indie music so if you must label me, I'm an indie kid. I play bass for a band called Acidnation [myspace.com/acidnationband]. However, as I love indie music and Acidnation is a metal band, I am hoping to start an indie band! I love hanging around with my friends, and shopping in Cambridge! Forbidden Planet is quite possibly the coolest shop in the world!

My favourite band in the world is We Are Scientists! I have loved them since their With Love and Squalor days and I have seen them live three times. I was also lucky enough to meet them when they came to my local music store - they were the nicest guys I've ever met! My second favourite band is My Chemical Romance - I've seen them three times too! However as I mentioned before, I love indie music - I also like a bit of techno/electro/rave every now and again, and the occasional bit of metal/screamo/"emo" music! I also love Patrick Wolf - he is a truly inspirational man and is such a talented musician. Other favourites include Does It Offend You Yeah?, Klaxons, Crystal Castles, I Haunt Wizards, Shy Child, Hadouken!, We Smoke Fags - you get the idea!
